Job Description We are looking for a motivated and experienced MIG welder to join and grow with our company as a Welder/Fabricator. As part of our fabrication team, you’ll be required to construct and manufacture metal components and structures, maintaining attention to detail to produce clean, polished welds. You’ll follow blueprints, determine material measurements, and take responsibility for fabricating parts used to assemble complete tactical structures. You are responsible for the quality of your output and will be required to perform simple tests to ensure weld quality and tolerance. Welder Fabricator Duties and Responsibilities

• Fabricate and manufacture metal parts, components, and structures for complete assembly
• Follow blueprints to ensure exact specifications of output
• Produce strong, clean welds
• Test output to ensure strength and tolerance of welds

Welder Fabricator Requirements and Qualifications

• 5+ years of prototype fabrication experience preferred but not required
• Experience with common welding tools and procedures, including MIG welding, prototyping, metal fabricating, grinding, cutting, and assembly
• Able to stand, crouch, and occasionally lift heavy equipment
• Understand and effectively read blueprints with knowledge of common welding symbols
• Fitting, setting, and installing fabricated structures
• Metal forming, bending, and finishing
• Assisting operations and team with various other fabrication processes
• Requires the ability to travel for several consecutive days to various job sites.
